In 2022, through ccn's collaborative efforts with our Network of over 100 open Network partners, we have continued to engage with over 36,000 medicaid members through the new social impact pilot program, leveraging information within the population health and Care management platforms to deliver action-oriented analysis on Network activities. Additionally, in 2022, ccn continued implementation of data integration activities for social and clinical data into the population health platform.
