Care for Monterey County Kids

Ballot measure committee to advocate for a parcel tax in Monterey County to create affordable, quality childcare and early childhood education programs which will prepare children with early literacy and math skills, help prevent child abuse and neglect, retain qualified child care providers and teachers, improve access to child care and early education for working families and single parents, help homeless families, expand mental health supports, and connect parents to healthcare and housing support. All funds are used for voter outreach and public education to support passage of the funding measure including circulation of petitions and communication via tv, literature, web, social media, radio, telephone, etc.
