These services included employed worker training to enable local employers to retain qualified workers. The organization provided training and job search tools to individuals receiving cash assistance in order to assist them in obtaining soft skills and basic education skills needed to obtain employment and leave the cash assistance roles. Also it provided support and financial assistance through the welfare transition program to those individuals participating in work activities while attaining work skills. During the fiscal year ended june 30, 2023, the organization served 1061 individuals in the welfare transition program.
