Caritas in Veritate - Civ USA

The organizations activities are directed at fulfilling the vision of pope francis to bring both charity and truth to people in great need, transforming the lives of the underprivileged and inspiring those affected by natural disasters and poverty through charitable works and brotherly aid. The organization works at building long term relationships with local communities which will be able to assist the efforts of both charity and truth and form a generation of young leaders who will continue to practice the integrated compassion of good works and evangelism for the rest of their lives. The organization and its partners had over 16,000 volunteers serving in four continents with concentrations of service in africa and latin america focusing on refugees and the displaced.
