Program areas at Carson County Square House Museum
Collection management - the Museum maintains a substantial collection of artifacts which pertain to the local Texas panhandle area. Registration and maintenance expenses are necessary to manage and maintain the condition of these items.
Exhibition - the Museum conducts tours throughout the year for area schools as well as for other local community groups and private citizens. The Museum is open seven days a week for viewing by the general public.
Education - the Museum has various classes for cildren, including summer youth arts and line camp. In addition, tours are available throughout the year to area schools. Upon request, there is a traveling educational program utilizing trunks of historical area artifacts and information.
