Conference, seminars, and collaborative meetings: provide members with opportunities for education, training, and networking and apprise them of the latest trends and anticipated future direction of the industry.
Through the Career and Knowledge Pathways (CKP) program, CMSA provides a comprehensive suite of educational products on healthcare topics relevant to the case management professional. This includes the integrated case management product, patient motivational interviewing training, opioid use disorder and transition of care white papers, case management adherence guidelines, the standards of practice for case management, and access to CMSA's extensive educational resource library. CKP, as an umbrella program, provides the case manager professional with the tools necessary to successfully navigate complex patient care scenarios with the goal of improved patient outcomes.
Member communications: periodic informational publications provide information of interest on the latest trends in and issues affecting the medical case management community.
