Year-round trail access is available to the general public with seasonal activities including snowshoeing, skiing, biking, hiking, and trail running. Events such as races and clinics are offered throughout the year by Catamount.

Program areas at Catamount Outdoor Family Center

Outdoor recreation: year round trail access is open to the general public with seasonal activities including snowshoeing, skiing, biking, hiking, and trail running. Events are offered throughout the year which include races and clinics offered by Catamount and other entities. Education/camps: our summer camp offerings include mountain biking, and trail running camps for youth 6-17 years old. Weekly tuesday & wednesday night races were attended by 50-80 racers each night over the course of 16 weeks. Cyclocross races were attended by 40-70 racers each week for 5 weeks. Vt youth cycling scrimmage - 80 participants. Seahornet high school cross country running race - 200 participants. Uvm collegiate mountain bike race - 60 racers. Green mountain cyclocross race - 200 racers. Middle school cross country running championship - 500 racers.
