Membership - news gathering and publication, regulatory synthesis, best practice accumulation and dissemination, data collection and distribution on workplace needs, public issue education and advocacy related to the workplace, events and webinars available to all Employers promoting regulatory compliance, and multiple methods for sharing information and lessons-learned allow for member integration and networking.
Publications, surveys, and delivery of educational resources - published newsletters; produced annual surveys of workplace data; provided publications to enhance compliance by nc Employers.
Public training - we served over 500 Employers with hundreds of expert-led events and conferences available to all nc Employers, providing over 5,000 of their employees with the tools necessary for workplace success as managers, leaders, and professionals; explained methods for regulatory compliance with state and federal laws; maintained professional standards and certifications.
