Description
The Cause and Event Foundation organized races in select cities, allowing participants to choose any Guidestar-registered nonprofit to receive a donation from runners' participation registration fees. The foundation existed solely to raise funds for nonprofits and was 100% volunteer organized. However, during the short year that ended on March 31, 2018, there were no races held. The only activity was wrapping up final transactions of the foundation and filing dissolution paperwork with the state of Oregon.
