In 2019, that funded a full-time executive director's work to promote local projects to cdfis and other financiers, and provide technical assistance and support to he borrowers. These efforts served dozens of community projects in their pursuit of financing, and successfully facilitated more than $9,000,000 in Cdfi financing for local projects. Those projects supported the ongoing construction of 50 affordable housing units, dozens of construction jobs, and forged new relationships between local nonprofits and regional and national investors.
