Cedar Valley Kids

Cedar Valley Kids child care center was formed from the work of the black hawk child care coalition. Members of the coalition worked together to develop solutions for the business and child care community. The idea came from a local human resources manager who shared data around his company's turnover costs. His wish was that we create a model where businesses could reserve child care spaces to recruit and retain talent to the waterloo and Cedar falls area. Cedar Valley Kids is a non-profit childcare center. Our goal is to provide quality child care for employees in the Cedar Valley. Children enrolled in the center will receive educational development experiences and quality programming to prepare them for life.
