Program areas at Center for Economic Justice

CEJ focused our activities research and advocacy before administrative agencies primarily state and federal financial service regulators to ensure fair access to insurance and fair treatment of consumers by insurers. CEJ submitted over 50 comment letters reports and presentations to insurance regulators and otherwise advocated on behalf of consumers at numerous meetings of insurance regulators National Association of Insurance Commissioners NAIC. CEJs Executive Director ED served as a designed consumer representative at the NAIC and a member of the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance serving as chair of the Availability Subcommittee.
