Program areas at Center for Ethical Leadership

Consulting and Leadership development - since 1990, the Center promotes a "we-all" worldview, moving away from divisive "us-them" thinking. Our programs and services continue to cultivate and inspire leaders to advance social, environmental and economic justice through a values-based Leadership approach. We provide people with ways to convene diverse perspectives and make decisions on behalf of the common good, together. This year we engaged with our programs, service organizations, conferences, and panels to elevate our approach. We guided 225 people to identify their core values and practice living into them in all parts of their lives. And we provided them with tools to support organizational culture development, convene diverse perspectives, heal/restore relationships, resolve challenges, develop Leadership skills, and build strong teams.
Values-based Leadership stewards program - since cel's founding, its purpose is to inspire and prepare leaders to lead collaboratively and joyfully with a commitment to personal integrity and social justice for all. The values-based Leadership stewards program takes participants on a deep and transformative two-part journey -- the internal work of personal growth and development and the external work of social action. It encourages leaders to lead for the common good of all.
The delta vision - building capacity for and by communities of color. This is a partnership with other local capacity building organizations, where we are building off of work done in 2018 - the delta vision project. The group continues to meet to build our organizational relationships, learn together, and serve our clients.
