Ambassador program: ctl offered weekly leadership development classes in public high schools across the state in a 3 year structure. This included original lessons, studen-led projects and sjpecial events.
Vanguard: ctl's alumni network includes opportunities for coaching, networking and interships
Fellows program: ctl offers a select number of high school students the opportunity to participate in this leadership development program
