Program areas at Center for Transnational Environmental Accountability
Advocacy and Legal Actions CTEA has worked with partner organizations in the Global South to ensure that international investments take into account protection of local populations, the environment and human rights.
Education & Capacity Building CTEA and its Global South partners have conducted workshops and other training activities, to inform local communities about their rights related to environmental protection and access to information, and to support local civil society organizations in their efforts to protect these rights.
Fellows Project CTEA has continued to run its Fellows Project, working with academic and civil society hosting organizations in the Global South, to train young lawyers on environmental and human rights issues.
