A. programmatic participation increased 22% between 21/22 and 22/23 school years. B. During the first year of our new lifewise program, we engaged with 70 new students c. our staff engaged with 207 new students that did not attend any of our scheduled programs. D. when conducting Youth and program strengths surveys this fiscal year, the following are some indicators of the impact of programming and relational investments (measuring changes in developmental assets): i. 98% reported feeling a sense of belonging while at the Center ii. 100% reported feeling valued iii. 100% reported feeling "proud to be part of the program" e. our certified life coach/mentor was able to do life coaching last school year with 61 students for a cumulative 368 hours. 82% of student-set goals (355 total recorded goals) were completed. F. in the 22/23 fiscal year, our team recorded many different interactions outside of programming including: i. 40999 minutes of in-person interactions ii. 157 minutes on the phone iii. 1224 messages sent through text or social messaging iv. 90 cards in the mail v. interacted with 162 different parents
