Our goal is to improve the Health outcomes and standard of living of the community as a whole. As an fqhc, we are dedicated to providing primary care, dental care, behavioral Health, and outreach services to this community to the underserved on a sliding fee scale. We served 6,109 unduplicated patients in 2022 compared to 5,732 in 2021. We also opened a second site in middletown Ohio which allowed us to serve a wider population and increase access for more patients. Total visits were 19,485 in 2022 compared to 20,280 in 2021.
