Weatherization assistance - provides home repairs to low income citizens such as emergency repairs to alleviate health and safety issues & energy conservation repair measures.
Self-sufficiency - administer various governmental assistance programs for low income individuals to assist in moving the individuals toward self-sufficiency and reducing or eliminating the causes of poverty.
