Program areas at Central Oregon Veteran and Community Outreach

Service to over 1,400 household/16,000 client contacts with homeless veterans and other homeless individuals/families in over 300 homeless camps, emergency shelters,food kitchens, and other locations where homeless populations congregate in Central Oregon during 2022 through Outreach programs and individual assistance programs. We actively participate in the continuum of care and provide services in partnership with the following organizations: homeless leadership coalition, neighborimpact (Community action agency), housing works (housing authority), shepherd's house shelter/outreach, va hud-vash housing program, mosaic medical, va health care, vet center, medical teams international dental clinic, furnish hope, reach Central Oregon, thrive, county Veteran service officers, deschute county behavioral health programs.
