Program areas at CVHC

Central Virginia Housing Coalition offers hud certified counseling to educate families and individuals on becoming a succesful renter, credit, and budget counseling, avoiding foreclosure and other classes. The vhda homeownership class is offered to persons looking to purchase a home. In addition, the Housing choice voucher program is administered for planning district 16 and fauquier county. A variety of affordable Housing units are also available for rent through Central Virginia Housing Coalition.
