Labor center - daily operation of the labor center, coordination and administration of all english and skill training classes. This also includes the overseeing of volunteers and trainers.
Advocacy - includes education and representation of barriers for the community to champion systemic change and hold government actors accountable. This also includes our work in wage theft through our recovery and education efforts to promote fair labor laws that cover all types of work.
Organizing - is base building, and representation of clients served throughout programming, it includes the women's empowerment project that focuses on women equity, and also intentional efforts to include all members in decision making through participatory involvement and leadership building.
