Cesar Chavez Student Center San Francisco State University

Richard oakes multicultural Center (romc) program - space for cultural events and discussion that focuses on everything from inspirational leaders to commemorative months. The Center also provides a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes a multi ethnic, culturally conscious University that affirms the human and intellectual heritage of all people. Four subprograms comprise the romc and those are the romc Center, romc library, art gallery and the depot.

Publicity department - serves to support the Center's departments in promotion of its events, lectures, films, and seminars. It designs and prepares promotional materials that get distributed online and campus wide. Publicity department at the Student Center is a student-run operation.

Meeting and events services provides reservable space for Student organizations and campus departments to host events, conferences, and hold meetings. It manages approximately 6,500 room reservations each year.
