Change 1 helps Foster Youth ages 15-26 realize their full potential. By bridging the gaps in the support they receive entering adulthood, we empower their dreams of making meaningful contributions to their communities and having strong families of their own. Every time a foster child moves homes, they fall 6 months behind academically, with 50% never graduating high school. We never give up on children. And we dont let children give up on themselves. By advocating for them, we strengthen our families, and communities.
