("cashc") is a non-profit organization that promotes affordable Housing in the columbia heights area, in Washington, d.c. cashc was founded in 1976 and incorporated in the district of columbia. To build a healthy, diverse community in our neighborhoods by developing and maintaining affordable Housing and services to residents.
