Channel Islands Harbor Foundation

The Channel Islands Harbor Foundation provides recreational and educational activities for the general public at Channel Islands Harbor; in the years leading up to the covid-19 pandemic, events included: car shows & father's day events; july 4th fun run, celebration, & fireworks; coordinating vessels that visit the Harbor; parade of lights during the winter holidays; concerts in the park; story tellers telling fairy tales in the park; and youth programs, including sailing and introduction to the marine environment to innercity youth; thousands of people benefit from these programs.the organization's programs were disrupted due to the covid-19 pandemic, and program service expenditures directly decreased during the 19/20, 20/21, 21/22, and 22/23 fiscal years. The Foundation expects its programs to eventually build back up.
