Chapter Two Inc's mission is to provide healthy alternatives to gang association juvenile delinquency and youth gang-related crimes through education for vulnerable residents in our communities. As the lead agency, we manage 120 intervention clients and have successfully assisted 210 clients through our program. Additionally, we contract outreach workers with the Los Angeles Department of Health Services to provide resources like PPE and food to families in South Los Angeles area.

Program areas at Chapter Two

Chapter Two Inc Has consistently been contracted to affect change with the target population through the Los Angeles Gang Reduction and Youth Development. We successfully serviced over 500 youth. More Specifically we have taken 250 youths through our gang reduction and youth development programs 215 or 86% of them completing the program. With the help of staff and volunteers we collected data on 175 youth and found that among the reasons that youth would not finish the program are youth refusal 30% non-attendance or inappropriate behavior sessions 30% the family moved 20% and youth criminal charges 10%. Chapter TWO Inc. has also been contracted to assist the Urban Peace Institute to provide peace keeping mentoring and food resources to 2000 disadvantaged and vulnerable youths and families in central Los Angeles.
Summer Night Lights: During the Summer we provide services through the Summer Night Lights Program of the Los Angeles GRYD Foundation in order to increase community resilient to the influence of gangs and to make a deeper positive impact in neighborhoods in the GRYD zones. We provided meals and other resources to 1000 people as well as facilitated games for the youth and families in attendance at the Mt. Carmel and Green Meadows parks in Los Angeles
Council District 8 & 9 Ambassador Program: Through our outreach and community services department we successfully provided services to over 700 youth and families. Our Holiday outreach and services provided food clothing and gifts to over 4,200 people. Each year the outreach and services of Chapter TWO expand.
