Charleston Leaders fosters and develops leadership in the community through various programming throughout the year and by supporting school initiatives that develop leaders. Specifically, Charleston Leaders partnered with Leader In Me to support an initiative at two elementary schools, Devon Forest and Sangaree Elementary, aimed at developing life-ready leaders using a whole school model. This initiative recognizes the greatness in all children within the Charleston, SC community.
