Program areas at Charlotte Institute for Faith and Work
412 Fellows - a cohort that encourages 12-14 individuals each year to reimagine and rethink the role that work has as a part of their faith, and how to act upon those realizations to impact their workplaces, co-workers, and their city. This included weekly nights of teaching and conversation, end of year projects, and two annual retreats.
CIFW held two large scale events to help the larger Charlotte community begin to reimagine the intended collaboration between work and faith.
CIFW led small groups and developed curriculum to help participants rethink their work reintegrated into their faith.
