We operate a harm reduction service program, offering safer drug use supplies, overdose education, naloxone, drop in hours, street-based outreach, and case management services. In fiscal year 2023 we provided safer drug use supplies to 3,910 individuals in 9,086 encounters. We had 531 case management client encounters, distributed 16,046 doses of naloxone, and distributed 958,240 sterile syringes.
