Chelan douglas Child Services association (cdcsa) plans, administers and operates health and education programs for children and to further Child development and parental skills through training. As children leave cdcsa they will have social competence, skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for success in school and for later learning and life; demonstrated through developmentally appropriate progression on meeting goals in social and emotional development, language development, literacy knowledge and skills, approaches to learning, cognition and general knowledge, physical well-being and motor development. As parents leave cdcsa they will have the knowledge and understanding that they are their Child's first and most important teacher and advocate, and have accumulated knowledge and skills to make a difference in the life and learning of their Child. The association served approximately 390 children during the fiscal year ended 10/31/2023. Community partners donated use of facilities with an approximate rental fair value of 67,200, and donated professional Services worth 84,552, which are not reflected in the statement of revenue (part viii) or statement of functional expenses (part ix). Also many individuals volunteer their time and perform variety of tasks that assist the association.
