Residential-providing room, board, and additional services as required at various community-based residences for people with developmental disabilities. Person-centered supports from periodic to 24-hours per day are designed to help people reach their maximum independence through holistic clinical oversight and consultation. Home-based training and supervision empowers people with disabilities to then acquire, retain, and improve a range of daily living, safety, and adaptive skills. Served 164 individuals.
Vocational- providing social and practical job skill training for people with developmental disabilities at least 14 years of age. Participants learn skills to perform jobs such as food contract packaging, auto detailing, janitorial, mailroom, hand-mechanized assembly or rework, packaging, product manufacturing, inspection, and fulfillment services. Additional services include paid employment and assistance with community job placement. 167 clients served.
Day services- providing quality skill development, training, and supervision in daily living activities that help people foster independence, establishing and pursuing personal goals, self-advocacy, social skills, independent transportation, and community involvement that enables people to contribute to the community in a meaningful way. Participants are engaged in a variety of visual arts, music, technology, and physical wellness activities and frequently volunteer with support at local non-profit organizations and human service agencies. Served 81 individuals.
Home services and other services- providing services to families and caregivers of people with developmental disabilities. Trained staff provide hands-on assistance and opportunities for recreation and socialization allowing respite for family members and caregivers. Other services include clinical, nys start and transportation.
