Promoting and supporting the development of youth basketball and volleyball in Missouri through programs focused on each athlete's growth and development not only as an athlete, but also as a student and individual. This includes: (a) providing weekly athletic training for local student athletes; (b) an inner city youth program which provides financial support and transportation to disadvantaged youths living in urban areas; and (c) inviting speakers to lecture on topics such as diversity, mental health, physical and emotional needs, and bullying, among other topics, the goal of which is to help young girls and boys overcome social issues they are facing in order to be successful in life.
Maintaining a clean and safe facility and classroom which provide recreation, athletic training, and education for student athletes.
