Ctv is affiliated with a continuing care retirement community (ccrc) known as hamilton grove. Ctv's services are integrated into hamilton's services. Ctv provides independent-living housing services. Residents in ctv are eligible for advanced services offered at hamilton grove, including assisted living and skilled nursing. Ctv residents pay a subsidized monthly fee for rent. We estimate that ctv residents saved $250,000 in fy 2023 by having this affordable housing service available to them and staying off other public assistance.
