Program areas at CAPA

In 2023, capa delivered lessons on Child Abuse, personal safety, feelings, and getting along with others to 13,290 middle and elementary students; had 76 parents complete triple p parenting classes; distributed portable cribs to 107 new and expectant parents; worked with 23 at-risk parents of 53 children in our exchange parent aide home visitation program; licensed 12 new foster families and placed 45 children in our resource family homes; and provided 3,928 days of care to 51 victims of Child Abuse and neglect in our open arms children's home.
