Child Advocates - Denver CASA advocates for abused and neglected children in Denver Juvenile Court through specially trained community volunteers from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. In 2021, 304 volunteer advocates (CASA Volunteers) provided advocacy services to 559 children in Denver's Dependency and Neglect Program.

In 2023, Denver Casa recruited, trained and supported 223 volunteers including 58 new volunteers. The majority of those volunteers were paired with a youth or a sibling group who have an open dependency and neglect case in Denver juvenile court. In addition, 25 volunteers worked with the older youth program mentoring young adults who are transitioning from foster care to independence. In total, 360 children and youth were served.
