Millie brother scholarship - the millie brother scholarship is awared annually to hearing Children of Deaf Adults to help them pursue their post-secondary education. The scholarship can be used for undergraduate studies at any accredited institution of higher learning. On average 7-9 for a total of $9000 scholarships are awarded each year. These are one-time scholarships.
