Program areas at Children's Home Society of Idaho
Children's Home Society of Idaho offers a variety of progressive mental, emotional and behavioral health services at its warm springs counseling center and remains true to its mission to improve the lives of children in the community. No one is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. The community support program offers sliding scale discounts for lowincome families to ensure mental healthcare is available for all children. We raise money through grants, individual donations, and corporate sponsorships to cover their fees. We see this as an investment in a valuable community resource our children. Operation of the warm springs counseling center provided outpatient counseling and therapy services for children and their families, with an emphasis on those lacking the resources to pay for services. The organization provided 14,070 mental health counseling sessions and psychological evaluations, and 2,950 children and their family members received counseling either in-person or via telehealth.
