The Foundation supports Children's Colorado by inspiring and facilitating philantropic investments and engages and informs the community about the impact of philantropy on the health and well-being of children. The Foundation is committed to inclusion and belonging in our workforce and in our community. Community support helps Children's Colorado care for more kids than any other Hospital in our seven state region, ensures access to world-class pediatric healthcare expertise for every family who needs us, and drives life-saving innovations and medical discoveries for kids.
Endowment gifts provide a valued and perpetual source of philanthropic funding and are held in a professionally managed long-term investment portfolio overseen by the Children's Hospital Colorado health system, an affiliated entity. Endowment distributions are used for operations and programs consistent with donor intent. Endowment donations help Children's Hospital Colorado attract the brightest minds in pediatric medicine, support the discovery of medical breakthroughs, advance novel treatments, raise the bar for clinical care and give all children access to world-class pediatric care.
