Program areas at Childrens Resource Fund
Children'Childrens's resources Fund, herein crf, is dedicated to providing early intervention, educational and therapeutic services to children with developmental disabilities and to children that have sustained abuse and/or neglect. It is also our mission to offer support to their families. The school serves children ages 18 months - 11 years with a wide range of developmental disabilities, such as, but not limited to, autism, pervasive developmental disorder, apraxia, cerebal palsy, sensory integration dysfunction, language disorders and delays, etc. Crf offers the consistency of a year round school and provides before and after-care and a fun summer camp program tailored to children with different abilities. Physical, occupational, behavioral and speech therapies are provided. Crf's full inclusion program integrates children with developmental disabilities in classrooms with typically developing children. Throughout the years, crf has continued to develop and support programs focusing on this special population. Through the hard work, caring and love of our members, teachers and therapists, crf strives to help children by providing them with the educational opportunities and support necessary to develop their cognitive, social and life skills to reach their fullest potential. Our vision is that all children with special needs will lead safe and healthy lives that are predicated on personal development, human dignity and self-direction.
