Program areas at Childrens Skin Disease Foundation
Camp Wonder - Camp Wonder is a week-long, overnight camp for children and young adults with chronic and life-threatening skin disease. Each summer 100 children attend camp, with a staff of 150. All expenses for both children and staff are covered.Additionally in 2023, we held an online session in December to reunite and support families.
Wonder Wish grants wishes to children who have attended Camp Wonder. Most wishes are family assistance.
Public Awareness - One of our missions is to raise awareness about skin disease to improve the way children with skin disease are received in public. This mission is accomplished with paid ads and social media campaigns.
