Chiricahua Community Health Centers (CCHCI)

Chiricahua Community Health Centers inc. (Chiricahua) provides primary Health care services to the woman, men and children of cochise county, Arizona. The service area is designated as a Health professional shortage area for medical, dental and behavioral Health providers. Chiricahua operates fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral Health and pharmacy clinics throughout cochise county, and also provides mobile medical and mobile-dental care that serve patients across the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of our service area. Chiricahua is a mission driven federally qualified Health center (fqhc) and a tax exempt not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1996 as a small, rural Health clinic operating in a Community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 35,000 patients annually.
