The hope program - is a voluntary incentive program. Baby bucks are issued to clients for keeping their appointments and watching educational videos regarding pregnancy, childbirth, infant care, parenting, etc. The baby bucks can be exchanged for needed items such as maternity or baby clothing, diapers, wipes, personal care products (i.e. Baby shampoo, comb/brush), blankets and available baby furniture (bassinets, crib, etc). Cfrc, Inc. Does purchase items for our clients if we do not have them in the thrift store. No money is exchanged and all items available are donated either new or used by groups and/or individuals. Pregnancy tests are offered free of charge to individuals requesting them. The tests are self administered by the client with the instructions provided. Adoption program - being unlicensed to do adoptions, cfrc, Inc. only presents adoption as a choice to the public and in counseling; we make available to our clients a list of adoption agencies. With coordination between adoption agencies and cfrc, Inc. we are able to obtain adoption education materials to have available for our clients. We also offer post adoption counseling to our clients.
