Choices Pregnancy Center is a non-profit Pregnancy resource Center and clinic that provides Pregnancy confirmation and support services for women, without charge, in a safe, confidential and compassionate manner. We provide education for women who need information regarding abortion, reproductive health, unplanned Pregnancy, abortion information, parenting, adpotion and more. Our free and confidential services include: lab quality Pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, std testing, parenting classes, individual counseling, a post-abortion healing program and post-partum support and counseling.
