Operation of a 23-unit low-income apartment building for artists, including making the building's street-level gallery available to tenants.

Making the Chris White Gallery available to community artists and other arts organizations; and actively promoting and supporting art-related and other community events there. After a suspension of nearly all for 20 months because of the COVID-19 pandemic, gallery exhibits were resumed in November 2021. During 2022, CWCDC mounted 8 exhibits that were open to the public for 21 evenings and generally available for private showings. Curation and set-up of each exhibit is contracted with qualified members of the local art community. CWCDC earns a below-market commission when art sales are made as result of exhibits. The gallery is also offered to the community for appropriate private events for a nominal rent.
