Christian Clinic for Counseling of Edmonds First Baptist Church

The organization's goal is to make available to christians and others in the community mental health Counseling by state licensed professionals who also value biblical concepts. However, if an individual requests that a Christian emphasis not be an explicit part of their Counseling, that person's wishes will be respected. Counseling is available for those covered by a variety of insurance providers as well as medicare. for those that may be limited in coverage, there are also funds available to meet the financial obligations for Counseling. The organization had in 2022 four licensed professionals who provded over 1154 appointments to over 158 clients.

An unusual gift was provided for a building to be built for the Counseling services to be provided. The building was built on the property owned by edmond'Edmonds's First Baptist Church. After completion of the building, it was to be donated in 2021, however completion did not occur until 2022. Edmond'Edmonds's First Baptist Church will maintain the facilities, which in turn will allow the clnic to use it's contributions for meeting it's charitable purpose of Counseling. This gift represents the additional expenses in finishing the building.
