Safe haven hospice is a ministry of providing end-of-life services to those in need. Wabash outpatient therapy clinic provides outpatient therapy to the community and surrounding areas. Additional services that are available at the clinic include primary care physicians, specialists, labs, and x-rays. New Horizons pace is Christian Horizons first program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (pace) center servicing older adults. Pace is an innovative home and community-based care model designed to help older adults maintain independence and remain living in their home for as long as safely possible.
