Christian Leadership Alliance provides its members with learning resources and experiences that integrate organizational excellence with a biblical worldview. Alliance members participate in personal and professional Leadership training, community networking opportunities and other life-on- life learning experiences. Alliance members have access to an exclusive, 24/7, interactive membership community. Community discussion boards provide an easy and fast way for problem solving, sharing best practices and offering different perspectives on timely topics.
The Alliance aggregates and publishing content in the following formats: clatv - a 24/7 Christian podcast network with over 200 Christian contributors cla higher thinking blog that publishes mwf monthly outcomes newsletter, podcasts and webcasts outcome academy online (facilitated and self-paced learning experiences) annual outcomes conference global digital experience and finally, a multi-year professional credentialed Christian nonprofit leader (ccnl) program that also earns academic credit in authorized higher educational institutions that provide online learning degrees.
Since 1976, the annual conference has been Christian Leadership Alliance's premier equipping and networking event of the year. This three-day event offers attendees a variety of dynamic training sessions, organized by administrative the following disciplines: personal Leadership, executive Leadership, board governance, finance, tax & legal, people management & care, resource development, communications & marketing, and internet & technology. The range of experiences offered include: general sessions, full-day Leadership intensives, breakthrough workshops, roundtable discussions and forums for ceos and women in Leadership. Content from this event is recorded and leveraged for future digital resources and experiences.
