During 2022, cmhc supervised the activities of its third-party property management company (continental management llc) to manage its five affordable Housing developments including field street i and field street ii (49 units), bridgeview i (11 units), bridgeview ii (11 units), st. paul manor (33 units), and kingston arms (vacant24-unit building). It also continued development activities required to recapitalize and renovate field street i and field street ii units, anticipated construction closing 12/1/23, and for renovation of kingston arms apartments.cmhc also provides a resident economic support service program to provide mentoring to help residents gain access to needed services, employment, and education to achieve greater economic and Housing stability. Selected by city of detroit as a service provider for its pilot jumpstart program.
