Applied for 9% lihtc in december 2023 funding round, awarded reservation in march 2024, and seeking funding for renovation of kingston arms apartments.also offers a resident economic support services program providing mentoring support to help residents gain access to needed services, education, job training and employment to achieve greater economic and Housing stability. Cmhc is also under contract with the detroit employment solutions Corporation as an ido service provider for its pilot jumpstart program.
