During 2023, cmhc supervised the activities of its third-party property management company (continental management llc) to manage its five affordable Housing developments including field street i and field street ii (49 units), bridgeview i (11 units), bridgeview ii (11 units), st. paul manor (33 units), and kingston arms (vacant 24-unit building).continued development activities required to recapitalize and renovate field street i and field street ii units, construction closing for field street iii occurred 6/5/24. Applied for 9% lihtc in december 2023 funding round, awarded reservation in march 2024, and seeking funding for renovation of kingston arms apartments.also offers a resident economic support services program providing mentoring support to help residents gain access to needed services, education, job training and employment to achieve greater economic and Housing stability. Cmhc is also under contract with the detroit employment solutions Corporation as an ido service provider for its pilot jumpstart program.
