Training the trainers (ttt) in cpe's Evangelism and discipleship strategy was carried forward in 3rd generation trainings in six states in india as well as initiated in one new state. Oversight continued in thirteen sites for ongoing development of the ministry. A pilot project in Partnership with indian team members was started in nepal in september. On site ttt was conducted in abu dhabi in september. In indonesia eleven new ttt sites were opened up on four different islands. In malaysia three pilot project ttts were conducted in december. Two onesite trainings took place in colombia, one on site training in ecuador, and two on site trainings in brazil. Two on site trainings in east africa (tanzania, uganda) were also conducted. All these trainings involved follow up consultation on site and the development of 2nd and 3rd generation ttt's took place in at least half of the locations. Ongoing coaching with trainers in india, indonesia, the philippines, tanzania, uganda, kenya, ecuador, colombia and other nations continue.
Ecuador - cpe missionaries ignacio mireles directed the ninawachi mission institute which graduated its 6th class of students after a two year course of study and preparation. Graduates were sent out to additional villages to plant churches and provide basic education inputs for the youth in these villages. Students at ninawachi continued to provide ministry support services for local churches. In the month of november students were sent to multiple villages for evangelistic outreach. Mireles taught students four days a week along with other staff. He also conducted weekly reviews with campus staff and quarterly reviews of prior students now serving in remote villages in the amazon basin of ecuador.
Greece - cpe continues a ministry of personal outreach through gospel presentations and literature distribution among the refugee population in athens. The "house a comfort" provides a place of refuge and rest for invited refugee families to read, be fed, find clothing and hygiene supplies while also giving a safe place for engagements in the gospel. The literacy and occupational summer training programs in 5 gypsy villages in bulgaria were continued. A kitchen and hall for daily providing a healthy meal for needy young people in vetren bulgaria was established. This provides an additional point for training and communicating the gospel in these communities. Ongoing discipleship and Evangelism continues with expatriate workers in greece. These ministries are coordinated by cpe missionary aleka dragotas.
