CIELO is a grassroots organization that empowers hardworking Orange County residents to pursue economic self-sufficiency. We accomplish this by setting our clients on a path to success through two key areas: Entrepreneurship and Upward Mobility. Our goal is to equip clients with an entrepreneurial mindset, along with the passion, resourcefulness, and hard work that go into entrepreneurship, to give them an advantage as they launch small businesses and/or grow in their careers.
